Free Vintage Shuttle Buses
Free shuttle buses every hour to the Musical Museum and the Kew Bridge Steam Museum.
A 1934 (AEC Regent 1- STL441) Double decker bus on Saturday and a 1953 (AEC Regal IV RF-type) Single decker bus on Sunday.
The buses will run between 12.00 and 17.00.
There will be a 2 for one entry to The Musical Museum and Kew Bridge Steam Museum on Saturday and Sunday, (standard conditions apply).

Musical Museum
Kew Musical Museum will have a special 150 GWR Brentford Branch Festival.
Kew Bridge Steam Museum
Saturday is a Brentford Dock sponsored day at Kew Bridge Steam Museum, with some of their fine steam engines running.

Several Rolls Royce vintage cars will be on display, including a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost

Brentford Boating Arch
Our local Canoe Club - Boating Arch - will be coming up to the dock to play a match of Canoe Polo in the Marina! It will be a match of Brentford against Chiswick and will start at 6pm on Saturday.
They will also be available to give children a chance to canoe around the marina, age 6 to 16 in a boat on their own, with parents concent obviously! We hope to have the Boating Arch around on Sunday as well!

Fire Engines
We will have a Chiswick fire engine between 2 and on 4 Sunday. We also hope to have a Fire engine from Heston Fire station on Saturday.
On Sunday a Community Safety will be offering free home safety reviews. There will be giveaways for the children and they can climb on the fire engine, Great fun!
Opening Cermony
Robert Rankin will perform the opening ceremony of BD150 at noon tomorrow. He will be very funny! Bring your camera.
Robert Rankin author of the Brentford Trilogy, is a special guest over this weekend. This will be the first opportunity to get a paperback copy of Necrophenia and have the man sign it. Check out Robert's fan club web site:

RNLI
RNLI will have an Exhibition Stand and we hope to have their Rescue Boat moored on our outside pontoon.
There will also be a film from RNLI rescue services in the old warehouse.
Historical Narrow Boat
The Classic 72 foot working narrow boat "Roger" will be visiting us from Rickmansworth Waterways Trust.
Drinks
Beer, Wine and Soft drinks will be available from a Fuller's Drinks Trailer.

Toasted Sandwiches, Burgers, Sausages, Bacon Rolls, Tea, Coffee and Soft drinks.
Dock Store
Our local store on the Dock will be providing Indian snacks, freshly cooked Samosas over the weekend.
Ice Cream
High quality Ice Cream Parlour.
Art Show
Art Show and Old Photographs of the Dock in the Marina Club.
There will also be Cream Teas and Coffee served by Brentford Dock's Residential Association.
Vintage Film
There will be a Vintage Film in the marina warehouse about how goods were transported on the canals in the old days. Sponsored by Pellings.
Brentford Cruising Club
BCC will have an Exhibition Stand and will have passenger boat trips around the marina.
Kayak competition
There will be a "Round The World Kayak Competition" at 14.00 on Saturday and possibly on Sunday.
This is your chance to try out a Kayak.
The Brewery Tap
Our nice old fashioned local Fuller's Pub Brewery Tap Brentford, can be found nearby in Catherine Wheel road. It is open between between noon and midnight on Saturday and Sunday.
Kew Fire Works
Kew Gardens will have the last Summer Swing Concert on Saturday 11 July and their firework display around 10pm, coincides nicely with our 150th Anniversary.
